We are a small team growing deliberately. You would be among the first hires, working directly on systems that enterprises depend on, with real ownership of the design decisions behind them.

What the job is actually like.
You will work on systems that are already in production and already matter to someone. That means evaluation before shipping, telemetry you are expected to read, and code reviewed by someone who will also be on the hook when it breaks.
It also means client contact. We do not have a layer of account managers between engineering and the people paying for the work, and we are not planning to add one. You will sit in the meetings where requirements get decided.
We are remote-first and get together in person a few times a year.
