Position
We specialise in what happens after the demo.
A prototype only has to work once, on a curated example, in front of a friendly audience. Production is a different job. The output has to be right every time, the running cost shows up on someone's budget, and a change six months from now must never silently break what you shipped.
So that is where we work. Recommendation and ranking, search, agents, content pipelines, and the data and cloud infrastructure underneath them, built with the tests, evaluations, and monitoring that make them safe to keep changing. Several of the systems described in our success stories have been running in production for years.
We also take on the systems that have already gone wrong. Audits, restored CI, baseline monitoring, and a prioritised roadmap for something that has stopped being safe to change.

Dylan Castillo
Co-founder and CEO
Dylan has worked in AI for a decade, delivering projects for large corporations, government agencies, and startups. He leads client engagements and AI system design.
He contributes long-term to widely used open-source AI projects including the OpenAI Cookbook, Instructor, and Outlines, and maintains econagents and shell-genie. His work has been featured in The Economist and reached hundreds of stars on GitHub.
He teaches on a Master's programme in Data Science and AI, where he was recognised as teacher of the year.
Iván Díaz Garnacho
Co-founder and CTO
Iván has spent the better part of a decade helping companies build robust cloud platforms and production-ready AI systems. He leads client technical strategy, system architecture, and the delivery of end-to-end AI applications.
He focuses on turning generative AI into practical business solutions, from productizing agentic AI platforms and RAG applications to automating complex enterprise workflows. Over his career he has designed scalable solutions for startups, consulting firms, and global corporations.
Alongside client work, he lectures on a Master's programme in Data Science and AI.
